Pubs Update: Your bridge to excellent engineering

The Publication Council has prepared a new Publications Approval Process (revised April 2002) that describes the specific steps to prepare a Publication. This document is available on the EWRI website, or from Steve Harris, Council Chair, scharris@frontier.net.

Just so you know that your work is not in vain, "the Model Regulated Riparian Code" has been one of the references used by various parties who are working on or offering amendments to water legislation proposed in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and New Hampshire. No one has yet embraced it wholesale, but important aspects of the model have been suggested as improvements or alternatives to some far less sophisticated proposals.
