EWRI Photography Contest WinnerThe winner of the Fourteenth Annual Water Resources Photography Contest is David Honan, a student at the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Indiana. As the contest winner, Mr. Honan will receive a complimentary registration and travel expenses to attend the EWRI World Water Environmental Resources Congress in Salt Lake City, and will be recognized at the Awards Luncheon. |
