Purpose: to carry out technical activities on such subjects as: (1) irrigation systems; (2) drainage systems; (3) water supply facilities; (4) design, operation, and maintenance issues; (5) water control, measurement, and automation; (6) weed, pest, and phreatophyte control; (7) innovative designs to meet the requirements of a changing environment.
